JobGetter is a digital platform that links employers with employees.
Every job seeker who applies for any job on JobGetter receives a personalised Skills Gap Analysis showing where they need to up‐skill to improve their employment prospects. Friends, family and teachers can ‘endorse’ job seekers and their skills.
For employers, algorithms will rank all applications in order of best fit. Businesses can create a Company Profile — share videos, images, news, polls and special offers to give prospective hires a backstage view into what makes the business a great employer.
The platform also provides RDA Southern Inland with data into what skills are required in local areas. The pilot program has been launched in the Southern Highlands, Goulburn and the Upper Lachlan. Read about Goulburn and Upper Lachlan's launch here.
