66th National Cherry Festival

Young will celebrate the 66th National Cherry Festival on the first full weekend of December, traditionally at the height of the cherry picking season. This iconic regional produce event showcases the humble Cherry which has been part of the landscape around Young for over 150 years. Key events include Cherry Pie eating contest, Cherry Pip Spit, Cherry Festival Street Parade and Markets.
