Business Development Workshops Update - May

Posted 5 May 2016 in News

Monday, 9 May - Bombala
Tuesday, 10 May - Jindabyne
Wednesday, 11 May - Cooma

The final in a series of three planned workshops at each location, this session's topic is 'SALES AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE'.

The art of great sales and service ultimately delivers retailers the opportunity to be chosen by their customer and to build a loyal relationship. With so many ways to influence the experience it is important to think about all of the touch points that combine to create a great memory.

The workshop investigates in a practical and interactive way, the concept of service as a product, the art of being chosen and the six customer moments that connect a customer and a retailer. The aim of the workshop is to both provide strategy as well as inspiration in creating a great service culture.

Our presenter is Brian Ambler.
Brian is an experienced retailer with a career expanding over 30 years. He covers all aspects of running a successful retail business from planning to implementation.

This three hour workshop covers:

•  defining your service as a product
•  understanding customer choice
